The provider named in the legal notice is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website.

What this website does not do

It sets no cookies. It uses no visitor measurement, no tracking pixels and no third-party embeds. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from its own server. A cookie notice is therefore not needed.

What is recorded when you visit

When a page is requested, the server records the details that are technically necessary: IP address, time, address requested, volume of data transferred, browser identifier. These logs serve the secure running of the site and are deleted after a short time. They are not combined with other data.

The website is hosted by a provider in Switzerland.

When you get in touch

If you write by email or call, Clausum processes the details you give in order to answer your enquiry. If no mandate follows, they are deleted.

Threema is a service of Threema GmbH in Switzerland. Here too, content is end-to-end encrypted.

Within a mandate

How Clausum processes data in the course of a mandate is agreed in writing with each client. This website does not process any mandate data.

Your rights

You may ask whether Clausum processes data about you and which, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. A message to the address given in the legal notice is enough. You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
