The services

A mandate has two parts. First, order is established: a few weeks of concentrated work, at the end of which everything essential is closed. Then it is kept.

Confidential first conversation

The mandates

Three forms in which Clausum works, from a first look to the whole household. No prices on this page: scope and fee are set in conversation.

  1. Entry, one-off

    Clausum Exposure

A survey of where you stand, before you decide.

    Included

    • What can be found about you and your family in public and in stolen records
    • Where devices, accounts and home stand open
    • A personal report, explained in person
    • The first steps to be taken at once

For anyone who wants to see first where they stand. Those who have seen their own picture know what they want.

  2. Annual mandate, one person

    Clausum Private

    Ongoing protection for you alone.

    Included

    • At the outset, devices, accounts and home are closed
    • Withdrawal from directories and registers, as far as possible
    • A standing watch over your name and your accounts
    • A personal point of contact, help in an emergency, one annual conversation

For executives, athletes and public figures who are protected on their own.

  3. Annual mandate, household

    Clausum Family

The same protection for everyone who belongs to you.

    Included

    • Everything in Clausum Private, for your partner and your children
    • Household staff and assistants, if you wish
    • One shared picture, one point of contact for the whole household
    • Devices and networks of all residences

The form we recommend most often: those who are exposed do not protect themselves alone, and in practice the children are the weakest link.

For family offices, families with several households, players in transfer periods and people facing a concrete threat, we design the mandate in conversation: shorter routes to us in an emergency, travel support, cooperation with close protection, a watch over impersonation and reputation.

Initial protection

The work at the start. Done once, done thoroughly, on site with you.

The picture

It starts with the question an attacker asks first: what can be found out about this person? Clausum answers it by the same means, only more thoroughly. Home address, phone numbers, vehicles, properties, board seats, travel habits, the children’s school, old accounts, passwords from past data leaks, photographs that show more than intended.

The result is a dossier, handed over and discussed in person. It shows what can be found, which of it is dangerous and what can be changed. Family members are included only with their consent.

The riskAlmost every targeted attack begins with details that are freely available. You cannot take back what you do not know is out there.

The withdrawal

What does not need to be findable is removed. Clausum demands deletion from credit reference agencies, directories, people-search services and data brokers, in Switzerland and abroad, relying on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and on European law. Where public authorities disclose information, blocks are requested, as far as the canton provides for them. Where an entry must remain by law, as in the commercial register, Clausum examines how it can be made less revealing.

Every request is followed up until it is settled. What cannot be removed is named plainly.

Your house is blurred in the map services. Search results that cannot be deleted are pushed down as far as possible.

The riskA home address that can be found in two minutes is open to anyone who is aggrieved, curious or determined.

The accounts

Email, Apple or Google account, bank, mobile number: whoever takes over one of them usually reaches all the others. Clausum puts them in order. A single, well-kept place for the family’s passwords. Entry to the important accounts by a key held in the hand, rather than by codes sent as text messages. Tidied recovery routes, old accounts closed, a mobile number protected with the provider against takeover by anyone else.

Clausum puts in order, hands over and keeps nothing back. Clausum neither knows nor holds your passwords.

The riskWhoever has your email account can reset every other password. They read along long before they act.

The devices

The household’s phones, computers and tablets are gone through one by one and closed: what is stored, shared and released, which apps are allowed more than they should be, whether everything is up to date and whether someone is already reading along. Devices belonging to particularly exposed people are given the strictest levels of protection the manufacturer provides.

This is done in your presence, at your home or in your office. Nothing is taken over remotely.

If you wish, the devices then remain connected to us and let us know when anything unusual occurs. What is seen are events, not content.

The riskYour whole life is on your phone. It is the device most often lost, lent and underestimated.

The home

In many houses the home network has grown over the years: the provider’s connection, cameras, the intercom, speakers, the car, the heating, the children’s tablet. Clausum records on site what is connected and puts it in order: one separate network for the family, one for guests and staff, one for everything that needs only power and an internet connection. Cameras and building systems are set up so that they give nothing away to the outside.

The same applies to the second home, the holiday house, the office at home. Where tradespeople or manufacturers are involved, Clausum handles the coordination.

If you wish, a quiet sentry keeps watch in the house: unobtrusive, without a screen, and it lets us know as soon as someone who has no business there starts looking around the network.

The riskA camera meant to reassure you shows a stranger when nobody is at home.

The family and those around it

A household is protected only when everyone is part of it. Your partner receives the same care. Children are guided in a way that suits their age, without surveillance and without bans they would only get round. With teenagers, Clausum speaks directly about what they actually come across.

Assistants, household staff, drivers and childcare are given access that reaches exactly as far as their task, and that can be withdrawn within a day. Nobody has to share a password for it.

The riskThe route to you rarely runs through you. It runs through the person close to you who least expects it.

The public profile

For people whose profession demands visibility, the task is not ‘private’ but ‘controlled’. Clausum separates what should be public from what must never be: where you live, your daily routine, your family, your whereabouts in real time. Accounts are secured against takeover, access for agency and management is properly arranged, and your name is registered on the platforms that matter and as a domain, before someone else does it.

The riskAn account with a large following, once taken over, speaks in your name for hours. The damage falls on you and your partners.

The precautions

To finish, a sealed emergency folder is prepared: who gains access to what in an emergency, how a lost device is replaced, who acts if you cannot. With it, a word agreed within the family, so that on the phone you can tell whether it really is your daughter calling or an imitation of her voice.

For assistants and the family office, the same idea applies as a fixed procedure: a payment instruction given by call or message is always confirmed by a second route agreed beforehand.

The riskToday a voice can be copied from a few seconds of recording. A word known only to the family cannot.

Ongoing care

The work that follows. Clausum keeps watch, checks again, can be reached, and acts when something happens.

The centre

What was put in order during initial protection stays connected to us. Your devices, your houses, your accounts and your name all report to one place: us. That lets us see, across every device, network and residence, what belongs together.

We see events, not content: that an unknown device has signed in, not what you write. We step in only within what we have agreed with you.

The riskA single warning sign says little. Only someone who sees them all together recognises an attempt before it succeeds.

The watch

Clausum continuously observes what happens to your name: new data leaks containing your access details, accounts and profiles posing as you or a member of your family, domains confusingly similar to your name or your company, faked images and audio recordings, your address appearing somewhere new. What was removed and comes back is removed again.

You hear from Clausum when there is something to do, and then with a proposal. Notices that mean nothing do not reach you.

This includes the debt enforcement register and credit reports: they show early when someone is entering into contracts in your name.

The riskA password that surfaces in a leak today will be tried within days. Whoever learns of it first decides what happens.

Your contact

You have one person who knows your household, and their direct number. Reachable by Threema or phone, with no ticket, no queue and no need to explain yourself. For the suspicious message on a Sunday evening as much as for the new phone, the move, the new assistant.

The riskMost damage is done in the minutes when someone is unsure and has nobody to ask.

The emergency

When something happens, Clausum takes the lead: recovering accounts, ending access, examining devices, securing evidence so that it stands up in court, getting platforms to delete. Where needed, Clausum works with your lawyer, your bank, the police and your communications advisers, in such a way that you only have to tell the story once.

This holds for the attempted fraud and the taken-over account as much as for blackmail, stalking, intimidation with intimate images and attacks on your reputation. In cases of blackmail one rule applies: call first, pay nothing, delete nothing.

The riskIn an emergency, the first hour counts. Anyone who has to start looking for help then has already lost it.

The review

Protection ages. Devices are replaced, services change their settings, new devices come into the house. Clausum looks in at regular intervals: devices, accounts and home network, together with a fresh picture showing what has been added since last time.

The riskWhat was closed a year ago stands open again after three new devices and a new connection.

The quarterly report

Once a quarter you receive a single page: what was observed, what was removed, what remains open and what we propose next. No portal, no app, nothing you would have to sign in to. A document, delivered to you personally.

The riskProtection you cannot see is soon forgotten. One page is enough to know where you stand.

On the move

Before a journey to a country of higher risk you receive a short assessment and, where it is called for, a prepared travel device holding only what you need there. On your return, the devices are checked before they rejoin the home network. If you wish, Clausum coordinates with your travel agent, your aviation team or your close protection team.

The riskAt some borders and in some hotels, a phone is no longer yours alone.

The annual conversation

Once a year the family sits down at a table with Clausum. What has happened, what has changed, what lies ahead: a child going away to study, a sale, a public office, a move. Not a lecture but a conversation, and the younger ones take part too.

The riskMost gaps arise not from technology but from changes in life that nobody thought about.

Special situations

There are times when a person is watched more closely than usual. For those times Clausum strengthens the mandate for a limited period.

Transfer and contract

In the weeks before a signature, interest in a player rises sharply: from the media, from supporters, from people who turn confidential details into money. During this time Clausum secures communication between player, agent, family and club, protects accounts against takeover, watches for impersonators and false reports, and accompanies the move to a new country so that the new address is not known on the first day.

The riskA leaked detail can cost a negotiation. An account taken over on the day of the announcement costs more.

Separation and legal dispute

When a shared life comes apart, what remains are joint accounts, shared locations, known passwords and devices the other person set up. Clausum separates all of this cleanly and in the right order, checks devices and vehicles for surveillance, and secures evidence in a form your lawyer can work with.

The riskNobody knows your accounts as well as the person you shared them with.

Reputation and fakes

When faked images, videos or statements appear, speed and a steady hand are what count. Clausum proves the fake, enforces removal with platforms and operators, secures the evidence for legal action and agrees every public response with your management.

The riskA fake spreads within hours. The correction reaches a fraction of that audience.

The family office

Here Clausum protects two things at once: the family and the office that acts for it. Payment approvals are arranged so that an imitated voice or email cannot release a transfer. Staff receive the same care as the family. With the physical protection team it is agreed who learns what and who acts when.

The riskThe family office holds the family’s powers of attorney, but seldom its protection. Whoever deceives the office no longer needs the family.

What Clausum does not do

No investigations into third parties, no counter-attacks, no surveillance of relatives or employees, no legal advice. Where a lawyer or the police are needed, Clausum says so and works with them.

The beginning

A confidential conversation, one hour, without obligation. The fee depends on the scope: how many people, how many homes, how much public exposure.
